We calculate an annual rate that covers our costs and then divide this by 12 to generate 12 monthly invoices with fixed amounts. So easy!

Annually, in October, the new rates for the following year are announced and then applied from the January of the relevant year.

To a large extent, the government covers these costs.
In many cases you will have the right to the ‘Kinderopvangtoeslag’ (childcare allowance).
